BPYU vs BPY

Management has told us there is effectively no difference in BPYU and BPY yet BPY closed at US$13.78 and BPYU closed at US$15.13.....BPYU was created for U.S. Reit investors and so this has to be good news for BPY. 10% arbitrage opportunity.
