Warren Buffett

Warren Buffett I heard Warren Buffett was going to buy Nuvista, he sold all his shares in Suncor and will take now take our Nuvista 100%. (About as likely as Kelt IMHO)

Kelt just sold off 50% of their production, are they still in the oil and gas business? more than 54% of this liquids production - gone. So 70 million in the bank and now with 16,000 boe of  production that is 60% gas is not that great IMHO. Also kelt has only a 20 million dollar credit facility in place so they will have to do some magic to make any kind of deal happen.

Kelt has 70 million bucks in the bank, not enough to buy the equity and sold off most of their production, so if they bought NVA add another 140 million in debt to what Nuvista already has and the 16,000 boe of production Kelt has owns is very gassy production.

I don't think NVA wants to be dumped from the frying pan into the fire.

POU has a choke hold on Nuvista, its is finished, POU should yank off the Bilbo hind quater, and leave the rest for the vultures to pick clean.

IMHO
