Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based cannabis company offering products to both the medical and recreational legal cannabis markets in Canada and the United States. Geocann LLC was already part owner of Opticann.

Geocann announces distribution deal with Opticann in August .......... never disclose they are part owners of Opticann in their presser ........ but details in Heritages Form 9 disclosure certainly expose the link amongst the others discussed the other day.

Pretty cozy relationships in all this acquisition stuff.
