RE:Copper price surging, multi-year breakout likelyThat’s exactly it. One of the biggest catalysts here is the fact that it’s in Southern BC just off the highway, close to all infrastructure, and When you compare this to plays in the golden triangle, this is much more economical. These cost savings add up huge over the long term and make a much more economical mine setup. To top it off, they’re finding some equal to and better grades than monster deposits like red Chris mine which is way up north in middle of nowhere. The only thing kodiak needs to do now is prove that this deposit has continuity and is large. As we all know, if this was a one hole wonder, Teck would not have taken a position this early in the story.
