It allows evolution only of predator and not prey. That is it’s tendency to acquire more power and everyone else less. It uses instruments of stealth such as law to disarm the victim or prey. Also a parasitical practice. In nature the the cat might want the bird and the bird might not want to be eaten but each has its whitts at its disposal. The cat has some advantages but the bird has to acquire and sharpen its whitts or get eaten. There are however no laws in nature that enshrine an advantage to the cat and nature doesn’t care if the bird remains lackadaisical and gets eaten in series. The bird needs to up his own game. Now if the birds teamed up and swarmed the cat the relationship is altered and the cat runs. That is sort of where we are I suppose. I like birds and cats so no slight of either. The ganging up though can also be done by the cats and structurally and strategically  has occurred under certain instruments. Just felt like a few rants this morning.
