It's a necessary evil, according to Don. The loans to secure the ALSET JV wouldn't have been approved without the oil assets. Give this stock 3 years and it'll outpace Exro (and I'm the biggest Exro fan ever, I run the r/ExroTechnologies subreddit and the r/HillcrestPetroleum subreddit).
