They were $2.3M in debt at that time with no money and no financings since. You don't put out NR's with $22 in the bank. They have to be in and around $3M in debt now and are looking to do financing. They likely need about $3.5M just to get them through the year. To raise that $3.5M @ (maybe) $0.13c is an additional 27 million shares.

Your shares are now worth about $0.08c and you have zero prospects for any exploration properties.
This should be illegal for them to even propose.
But hey, if you are stupid enough to invest without performing the simplist due diligence then go for it.
