Is management being strategic?

Is management being strategic? As I've said before, news of the uplisting is not the type of news that requires full and immediate disclosure. Im quite certain that this news is of a somewhat discretionary nature in that management would very likely have a week or two to line up the ducks after receiving approval, and prior to announcing it. Im wondering if yesterday's news was planned to bring on new highs, which it certainly did, and to achieve a higher launchpad from which to fly. I really don't think the majority of people here fully understand the immediate impact this news will have on the stock. The market doesn't like uncertainty. When this news is announced, this particular veil of uncertainty will be lifted. Also, I understand many of the banks aren't allowing margin on tsxv listed stocks. Soon enough, that will no longer be the case. This event will shift the demand curve way to the right. It's coming soon.
