JOB OVERVIEW

The main objective for the Senior Sales Manager – Plasma Torches is to develop a business clientele for new applications for PyroGenesis’ existing plasma torches in the Mining and Metallurgy sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Developing new business opportunities through direct contact with potential customers
Negotiating and concluding agreements with customers
Leading promotional efforts (trade fairs, brochures, direct marketing, etc.)
Leading the preparation of the technical bids and proposals
Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the market mainly through personal contacts
Developing and maintaining high-level contacts with decision makers from PyroGenesis’ current and potential customers
Ability to attend and conduct presentations
Limited travel may be required (20%)
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethic codes and to ensure non-compliance is reported
Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor and for which the person is qualified

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven new market development and sales increase achievements in the filed of industrial sales
Bachelor’s degree preferable (or equivalent)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, writing and oral presentation skills
Highly self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong interpersonal skills
Full professional fluency in English is required (oral and written)
Experience in Mining and Metallurgy sector an asset
Bilingual (written and spoken French & English)
