Under physical security services, it provides on-site security guard, remote continuous camera monitoring, mobile patrol and investigative services. Under electronic security services, it designs, builds, installs, and monitors electronic security systems for corporate clients.

I am pretty sure that INP and its lawyers have atttempted to contact him. If that resulted in any meaningful information I am pretty certain it would have been included in the last press release. Although I don't know this for certain, my guess is that they never had any communication with the buyer and they are at a complete loss as to there next step. I am amazed that there are still people willing to buy this at $1.15 or that there are people not willing to sell at this price. Personally I would be shocked if this deal ever closes.
