sorry for my ignorance, am i reading it correct...... 

that vivo owes 5,568,000$ to mmcap at 6%, that will be due sept 15 2022 unless they are converted to shares at 0.2672

that mmcap also ownes 14m warrents that are convertable until september 15 2022

it would seem to me that they would benifit greatly from the sp going well up versus collecting the 6%

does that make sense?
