Just my opinion, I got out at $18 and I'll get back In eventually but I think it's going to be a rough quarter as malls and office buildings are empty. When's the last time you went to a mall? The value of the property is huge but how long can the tenants keep paying with money they arnt making. Going long for years right now you'll make huge gains but if your going long for years why check the message boards daily.
