Call from Laurel Hill Proxy Advisory 30 minutes after I vote
I noticed that Laurel Hill Proxy Advisory called me about a half hour after I voted electronically on the acquisition (I voted NO). I was not near my phone, so I missed the call. The interesting things are: A. they called me so quickly after my vote. B. They did not leave a voicemail message.
It makes me wonder why they called. I do tend to think that the call was related to my NO vote, and not because of any technical glitch or problem in my vote being registered correctly (they would ethically and almost surely legally have to fix any problem with the registration of my vote).
I was just curious whether anybody else here, whether you voted YES or NO on the acquisition, received a call from an advisory proxy, soon or otherwise, after you place your vote.
