RE:RE:RE:AH is up to something!!!!Fantino announced his resignation in April of 2020, effective no later than May 15th, 2020.  The date in your post is wrong. A quick google search of the quote attributes this to May of 2019.  So your facts are wrong...That being said, here we are a year and a half later, and GMP certification could be annouced any day now.
