I always wonder the same thing and when I see the wording 60 days, I can't help but chuckle and think, should I add another 0 to that.

Cautiously optimistic they are learning from previous deadline guidance mistakes and are in a stronger position when giving this latest timeline. The NR does say right at the bottom that it is all subject to change.
