Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Complaining aside

Complaining aside

Let's place Irwin Simon aside for a moment. Any real investor knows this is an absolute joke. If you're in Aphria don't despair and just hold tight. Aphria is a marijuana company that just grew it's Marijuana business to a stellar performance and it continues to grow with more and more stores opening especially in September, October. We began shipments to Europe with our EU certification as well.
-we have lucrative contracts in all provinces of Canada.

-we are the only company that has shown profit in consecutive quarters
-we have 400 million dollars in the bank and that's with no financial support from a larger partner. We also have at our disposal 100 million that Irwin could utilize next week and purchase an American Non pot company to prepare for after election or prepare in general.

-our losses were not really losses but a downturn in our distribution side of the business and an increased excise tax that I would like more clarification on and why that tripled. The distribution end to CC PHARMA IS DEFIKITELY RELATED TO COVID 19. It's not a permanent downtrend in the coming years.

-we have a global foot print and Mexico and Israel are legalizing. Do I need to post links?  You guys have web browsers. Irwin Simin did give us a foothold in Israel which will definitely increase upon legalization at their government level.

-we out perform every other company in terms of revenue and sales. Imagine Aphria had a partner like a Canopy has?  With our performance and a larger partner we would be 100 a share close to where Canopy was on speculation alone.

-consolidation is still a very real thing and the talks of mergers are taking place. That's not conjecture it's happening.

-we have a US election which can swing the tide quickly in Aphrias favour.

-we have major capacity to supply with our Double Diamond facility and it's only a matter of time when any issues work themselves out with quality and growing. As it stands now Aphria has the best brands on the market according to consumer trends and buying.

I can go on and on, this sell off is proof of manipulation from institutions shorting and weak young retail investors who don't know how to read what they are looking at. We had a 2 cent per share loss. We brought in 145 million in revenue that's something Canopy dreams about. ACB will collapse shortly and fold into Aphria or another LP eventually. I don't want that to happen to ACB investors but reality for them is they need to sell their good assets and merge with Aphria for survival. The talks did happen and maybe Irwin is waiting for them to get more desperate. If we merge with conditions ACB off loads some of it's bad debt and assets prior to merger, it would create a colossal business especially in the recreational market.

20 percent sell off what a joke. The numbers weren't that bad and you guy all ****en know it.
