Issue with QuestCap trading on pink sheetsNothing new in this, majority of the Canadian companies list themselves on OTCBB or small cap with little extra money on pink sheets because of low fees. Main exchange always remains the one as per QuestCap it was CSE and now NEO. These companies get listed on OTCBB or Pink Sheets for U.S. investors, otherwise if they need to pay money exchange fee, they will not bother buying. Pink sheets shares are sold from the same pool of outstanding in NEO exchange.
QuestCap trade symbol on pink sheets is COPRF since 2009 and QuestCap also trade in Germany under FRA:34C1. When any company is doing reserve split, changing exchange or issue dividend shares, it takes few days before everything is normal. I think most likely by tomorrow or Monday everything should be back to normal. If someone is new to QuestCap from U.S. side, then it is our duty to guide them but creating issue out of nothing is not good. QuestCap always file paperwork on timely manner on CSE website

depositary receipts have increased the number of companies trading on exchanges in different countries. A depositary receipt (DR) is a negotiable certificate that represents equity shares in a foreign company that's traded on an international stock exchange.
Depositary receipts are helpful to investors since they allow the purchase of equity shares of foreign companies without trading directly on a foreign market. In other words, companies can list their shares on their local exchange and also through a depository receipt in another market so that foreign investors have access. A depositary receipt can be issued by that bank on a foreign exchange with or without the endorsement of the company being traded.
Investors in the U.S. can access foreign stocks through
American depositary receipts (ADRs). An ADR is denominated in U.S. dollars whereby a U.S. financial institution overseas holds the shares. ADRs are a great way to buy shares in a foreign company while earning
capital gains on the investment and
dividend income–or cash payments by companies to their shareholders.
