RE:Maybe we are all being played..This is sheer rubbish Olderguy1, give it a rest with your fear mongering.
Your last paragraph here is full of doo-doo. A bought deal is usually only offered to accredited investors/clients anyways (through the underwriter).
Why do you keep bringing up negativity? And painting worst-case scenarios all the time? Is the world really this dark?
I'm the real deal here, and I give people the benefit of the doubt. But you continually pester everything with your negativity and worst-case scenarios. This smells extremely fishy. Maybe you eat a lot of fish (as you are an Old Fart), but your comments are just rank and stink.
Smarten up and enlighten up.

Mackie tells Peter they won't do the bought deal unless there is a big payoff. So Peter says he knows a contract is coming soon. Mackie says then let's do it now so our guys make big money in a short time. And you give us warrants to boot to make this deal so sweet.
If Peter was looking out for his existing shareholders, he would say I want to offer some shares with warrants attached to my loyal existing shareholders. Mackie says no, we want it all. So Peter says Ok. How many of you would buy shares at $3.60 with warrants attached if Peter told you he was certain a big torch order is imminent? I know I would jump at the chance.
We could all be being played like a violin.
