1) Why would you do a raise in the first place ( 52 week low )when you already stated you have enough cash for the year? 2) whistle blower site works as there was several complaints !! 3) when you have family and friend that would be part of that $0.15 raise....it does not look too good....hence the lets terminate the deal !!!! IMHO What a Douche Bag !!!!
