BINGO !! Total Bullshite move from the company with just by some form of luck....lol it was with Clarus Securitys to do the raise ( which they have an $0.70 target on Vivo BTW ) so i guess Clarus wanted another 15-20 million cheap $0.12 shares before the upcoming Q3 in mid november which should be very decent IMO !!!
Wow what a coinsidence........SMH !!!!
