I don’t think we are grasping the gravity of situationAll
at this point, I am thoroughly depressed and disgusted at the same time. As a long time investor with a significant position in my portfolio, I cannot believe how bad the management team and IR person have handled this. I know I shouldn't be surprised - this is a small company, and the level of execs is not top notch. And whileSPCEO and WINO both pointed out that Paul's performance was less than stellar, they are too nice - it was a disaster, an abject failure, of one of his most important jobs, which is to be the leader, the front man, cheerleader, confidence-instiller, spin doctor, vision-caster....he HAS TO be able to answer the most straight-forward question clearly and confidently - HAS TO. How is everyone on this board able to do it, and Paul is not? I am not trying to re-state the problem, but we need an advocate for our position. The folks here own a very very large portion of the company. It's because we won't sell that we keep getting beat up by manipulators and short sellers. I know SPCEO has access, but he is a friendly investor, and the stock has done well by him. You need both the gentle hand, and the "bad cop", and I don't think we have that. I don't own enough for them to care about me - but someone who does please please write a stern note to Paul and tell him in no uncertain terms that his performance was completely unacceptable, and that it won't be tolerated in the future. Tell Paul, tell the bod...They need to know that if things don't change there will be consequences. I'm begging...
