Is there in your thinking any likely posibility that Chile will accept jurisdiction in bringing to trial CMN over the fraud.
Their point was that the damages came and were caused by Barrick in Canada in the PR released by Barrick.
Nevertheless Barrick's position is based on CMN"s actions in setting up these disputed claims over a long period of time.
What say you?
