The death rate is in old people that would have a similar issue from contracting the flu. It is deadly to people that are ill/old already much like the common cold. I have 3 kids in private school and not one of them has contracted anything. Maybe private schools have alien ware that fends off the common cold? Nor have I even heard of a single person contracting it and being ill. Taking precautions, obviously you should, much like wearing a seat belt while driving.
