It all comes down to completing a sale and getting money in the bank. They can add as many people as they want, if they can't come up with sales and just increase their cost it looks bleak.

Dermsecure was announced 2 years ago and only now they add people to help them??

It's time to put money into the bank vs increasing what you take out of the bank
