RE:RE:RE:RE:Apple cross appeal...Cabbie, it could be  (IMO probably is) one big investor that is using multiple brokers.

I read an article recently (sorry I tried but couldn't find it) that hedge funds have been getting into the patent business in a big way recently as it's seen as a recession-proof industry.  Perhaps that is what we are seeing.
