Conference Call Critique

Just adding to earlier, my only criticism is with Tyler's closing comments, "A few things that really resonate with me is everyone seems to keep calling us an extractor. And I'm not really sure I understand why anymore." I wish someone would have mentioned that the first thing that pops up when opening the website is the large bold font "WE EXTRACT" followed by their 5 extraction processes. Maybe time to revamp the front page???
