Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nope to US individuals in GB Royalty Rights IssueSorry, have to agree with Ivorygull.  The royalty shares were free, but detract value from GBR - a 2% NSR.  If you an US individual shareholder, you will now have a 1% NSR.  You've lost 50%.

In contrast other shareholders - and the 3 insiders - can keep their 2% NSR at 15 cents/share, and even subscribe to more, picking up the US shareholders unallocated portions.

My estimate is that the royalty shares are worth a minimum of $2-4/share and likely much more.

Chris Taylor has always been fair, until now.  I will assume he didn't know the effect the rights issue would have on US individuals, but he has definitely harmed his reputation.
