I voted for both sales and against delisting and disolution

I voted for both sales and against delisting and disolution I urge everyone to do the same. We can still own shares in a public company and contunue if everything woorks out. The outstanding share count in miniscule. VCAN may survive and come back. Divesting assets is a wise thing to do under the circumstances but disolution and delisting are pre mature and possibly unnescessary. Keeping current on filings is not that expensive. Lawsuits will go away as you cannot get blood out of a stone.
