RE:IRWIN SIMON STEP DOWN YOU BRING NO VALUE!!!!I used to dislike Simon too when I was long. Now I simply short it whenever it runs up a bit, knowing he is there to bring it down. I have been candid about my positions in this stock: you can go long when it drops ~30% from recent highs, and start shorting it over $7.
