RE:Key Takeaways: The 2020 Gartner Market Guide for DEM

RE:Key Takeaways: The 2020 Gartner Market Guide for DEMSo, 38 serious players in the DEM marketpace. Seems a lot for such a specialized application. Typically, 3 or at most 4 players achieve double digit market share and profitability in any market segment, the other almost 3 dozen eat their dust, close up shop or find a different focus. My guess is that Cisco(AppDynamics) and Datadog  will be two of the winners. There is certainly nothing in its performance over the past 3 years (since Proctor became CEO) to suggest that Martello has a high probability of joining them.

I`m glad to be out. Made a nice profit during the t-shirt debacle, buying at 20 cents and selling at 60 cents. Broke even more recently, buying at 18 cents in August and selling at 20 after the disappointing quarterly report and the ugly financial statements.
