We'll considering our wholesale numbers we're $2.92 last quarter I would suggest that $1.50 is a tad conservative. What are you basing that off? A guess? Sure that price is a variating average with them also selling it in extracted formats, so albeit the numbers could be in the lower range for pure flower, but $2 sounds to be fair. If it is in the 1.50 - 1.75 neighbourhood then I would imagine its for a major bulk number, in which case our cost of sales will be dramatically reduced, and at a cost of around 0.05 to grow, thats 30x.
On the adult use rec side we're getting $4.81 per gram
On the medical side we're getting $7.87 per gram
Last quarter we saw them scale the medical side of things up in a big way. Medical sales have almost doubled over the last two quarters. Of course i'd like to see them do more, but its still pretty major growth considering the assets we we're using.
Because of those assets, we had to rightly prioritize the medicinal side, but due to that the adult use sales suffered, which is fine considering the margins.
Now that we have the sale required to fufill both channels, along with 2.0 products, the next few quarters will be a totally different beast. And thats not even factoring the outdoor.
I dont have the time to do the indoor numbers math, but it should be massive compared to what we we're working with. Now if we opt to sell it all as flower and pre-rolls in both markets id be more than happy.
We have our pipeline for 2.0 extraction products in the outdoor, along with some pre-rolls at exceptional prices (which will be great for brand awareness).
These are exciting times.
