But again, CFO are part of the business I agree. But in junior stocks do you really get '' the juice'' out of a CFO? in some cases yes, but most of the time they provide administrative support. In larger play you will have them more involved as there is bank negotiations, credit lines and that sort of thing.
You would expect the board members to be ACTIVE buyers, i'd like to see board members acquiring stocks and in some way they did in the past ( some of them; Grondin, Lepine, Cucciniello, the CFO). Let's see what theses new guys will do
