Most index funds and most Technology and science mutual funds will need to take a position
in this company simply to fulfill the requirements of their charters
They have much more in the way of financial resources available to them then your average retail investor.
Also PYR has a relatively small share float so as to curtail the number of shares available
and these shares are tightly held.
PYR is in the minority of tech companies who are actually profitable as opposed to being focused
on development of markets and products and conducting research. 


You are confusing a listing on the TSX with being a constituent of a TSX index.
