The record date is Oct 19, meaning you have to own Royalty shares on that date to be eligible to subscribe to the rights offer. As there is no way of selling the underlying Royalty shares everyone should be eligible and you have until Nov 27 to decide/subscribe.
Other than US holders who are being shut out because of US regulations prohibiting them from buying....my read anyway.

Now, I've Googled the notification and I see it refers to the date of 19th of October. That's today.

Have I missed the deadline for applying?
