RE:RE:IR

RE:RE:IRAs you know md they are limited on what they can and will say, which is expected, so you won't get the answers for what you really want to know in most cases...but the first time I have talked to Craig and he was very helpful and on top of the issues.

I was interested in the MMCap situation and overall progress, in relation to the plans laid out for the company post Beena...no specifics of course on more than already provided/available on MMCap, it sounds as positive for FIRE as possible at this time.

The overall progress appears to be on track as per discussions and info to date...I think we are seeing that with the updates on the board of FIREproduct shelved and restocked in more locations and offering an ever increasing list of products on the menu across country.

We will have to see the report and numbers of course but it sounds good in the FIREhouse but limited of course due to the anemic government actions so far in making the marketplace ready and compatible to reasonable growth of the sector/industry.

I believe we are getting what Beena said she would do in spades and FIRE will be a going concern for years to come, with the finest quality menu shelved and still think we are in much better shape than most....as FIRE remains one of the top LPs with the finest facility in the industry, that has been right sized from the jump, and we haven't even started selling yet. But as always, JMHO...Opt
