Many questions

Many questionsAs a long time NML holder I cannot see anyting in this Abbaxx deal. Nothing about it makes sence. Abbaxx ends up with millions in cash from NML and a multi billion resource while the entire proposal re the reverse takeover simply seems dumb. Can someone offfer a simple expalnation as to why this is good deal for us NML shareholders.
