Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Market doesn’t like Irwin’s direction

Market doesn’t like Irwin’s directionIrwin Simon failed to get us a US foothold of any sort. Our 2.0 line up is extremely weak and our distribution business which thought he can coast on from Vic Neufeld will hurt for the foreseeable future because of high taxes and Pandemic. Not to mention Irwin Simon always reiterates "if we don't make a deal we can go it alone". That's a high school tactic you use with your parents trying to sell the a B when you know the A won't be achieved. He says it every time meaning he has no plans relinquishing any control or sacrificing his pay. Yesterday's stock movement was evidence Us elections and potential decriminalization will benefit Aphria the least. He completely failed Aphria and we will fall far behind US companies and Canopy in the US market. All we can hope for is that Irwin Simon continues to suck bad enough that a hostile bid will come and we will oust this clown once and for all and save what could be the top company in cannabis. What a failed CEO. Good day everyone
