How many and names short sold and dumped??

Nobody knows exactly, but we now know that Mr. Cummins does. Will he do again ? Perhaps. What about the news cheap shares as soon as the 4-month hold is over ? Dumping into market ? We do not know, too. Perhaps we may know then.
