Cumming shorts shares Oct 19, NR to be released Oct 21'ish ????

Maybe Cumming learned a lesson from the first go around; rather than divest shares short sell them and then buy shares at a lower price to pay back the shares he borrowed for the short sell, this way he does not reduce his share count, doesn't trigger captital gains, and still makes money.

Just a thought.
