RE:SEDI Insider FilingI saw that, too, this morning.  I'm not sure on the specifics.  I know Miller and Levy got stock at 0.05, as a part of their founding the company.  This guy is a new board member.  Thus, maybe he was compensated in these for his board membership or maybe Miller or Levy (or someone else) agreed to sell the 0.05 shares to him in order to bring him on the board.  He may have brought some other connections to Slang I don't know...What I do know is that, yes, some executives got stock at 0.05 at one point in time.
