We will not be better off simply because they do a reverse split, no shareholder value is created by doing this.

I am long Halo but this one is by far the worst performing investment I have ever made in my life.

Clearly, going on an acquisition spree without giving themselves anytime to integrate these new businesses to create the synergies they hoped for, coupled with using the stock as their currency to close these deals has done nothing but destroy existing shareholders' holdings.

On paper, the opportunity looks good but I have lost all confidence in the management team's credibility and abilities to run a business while keeping Shareholder's best interests in mind. The ATM share issuance is nothing but another slap in the face of Shareholders who were fooled by Kiran's promises of hyper growth and supposedly value creation.

Even the latest press release on Bophelo mentions that the market would have to SIGNIFICANTLY expand for Halo to generate the revenue level they had the audacity to cite in their text.

Long, and not proud of it.
