Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

2019/20 CEO Mud Fight

2019/20 CEO Mud Fight
Yup, great time to change CEO's after the 19/20 mud fight, so many black eyes. You want to see the SP plunge, remove the CEO in an economic break down. I'm out, if I here one whisper from Leamington, ON
Either way, I will sell another 50% on the eve of the elections. Just my rudimentary plan!

Here's few available CFO's

  • Bruce Linton, former co-CEO, Canopy Growth (CGC): fired in early July.
  • Mark Zekulin, former co-CEO/CEO, Canopy Growth: stepped down in December.
  • Terry Booth, former CEO, Aurora Cannabis: stepped down in February
  • Adam Bierman, former CEO, MedMen Enterprises : resigned in late January.
  • Peter Aceto, former CEO, CannTrust Holdings: fired in July.
  • Navdeep Dhaliwal, former CEO, Supreme Cannabis: resigned in January.
  • Torsten Kuenzlen, former CEO, Sundial Growers: resigned in late January.
  • Jim Hamilton, former CEO, Neptune Wellness Solutions: resigned in July.

If I'd moved the needle back to the beginning of 2019, we could also include Aphria(APHA)Namaste Technologies, and Liberty Health Sciences among the CEO turnover.
