A US triggering event of legalization at the Federal level will bring all those sideliners in the US into the greenrush and that will drive the prices of the solid companies to higher highs and possibly the need to float more shares.  Canopy has already prepared for that in the revamped deal.  The trigger will have shareholders happily assigning their shares of Acreage for Canopy shares if they got in at these low shareprices.  There's only 3 or 4 US MSOs that are showing profits right now but there is no doubt in my mind that they are set up through CBD operations with sales outlets, manufacturing capability and growers that can be ramped up quickly for THC.  Canada strangeled their retailer and dispensary capability and are still moving slow on getting right-sized in this respect but it is coming and a few of those LPs will thrive.  Canopy has made all the right moves and is correcting the bad moves and that extends over to Acreage who are actively turning things around towards profitability while building the base for Canopy Growth US division.  This could happen soon as a political motivator for the pending Presidential election.  A clear concise positive statement by either party for legalization Federally is all it would take.  glta and dyodd
