How much is Mike's total compensation package?

How much is Mike's total compensation package?I see CA$59M.   Is this true?   It is very high for this size of company.
Jim Hamilton only had CA$358k.  Mike downed his own money about CA$4.2M and he gets CA$59M in compensation?   Wow.
