RE:RE:RE:RE:US Trustee Sounds PissedRegway - you seem to have lathered yourself into quite a frenzy on this Trustee business with EB. Perhaps you should take Shocors advice and not listen to yourself too closely?
Suffice to say I think many  here are likely in agreement that the INP deal as proposed has  a very low delta to close at that price and under those terms.... Perhaps better to ask how can we make $$$ on the broken deal, are there other suitors out there that value the business and at what price?
