I guess what I have a hard time understanding is why Halo, it's staff and contractors feel the need to sell at these low prices? Do they think this Company is going to implode and go under? Are they so cash strapped that they need to cash out regardless of the share price? It's hard to believe that short sellers could have created so much fear to impact Halo staff and contractors. What's really going on here?

The shorts were updated, today I think, and went from 2+ million to 8+ million. The update was based on the bi-monthly irroc report so the numbers are a week out of date already but show how much selling pressure they have been putting on since halo announced the ATM Financing. Watch the daily short selling at otcshortreport.com. When the daily selling drops to between 10 and 20 percent the SP should start to move back up. But I think by that time the share count will be too high not to do a consolidation. At present you can pick up all the shares you want sitting on the bid. It only took 18 min from the time I put in my bid this morning until it was filled. Again I was surprised.
