RE:RE:Hbor is a better buy. I believe a lot of those actions are frivolous ambulance chasers feeding off of the last major cannabis downturn. HBOR does have legacy issues but it is a real business with good revenue profile and solid market share. Its also dirt cheap. SOl has its own issues with colorful ownership and multiple related party loans etc.
