Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Pretty sure it was stated that the criteria for the Nasdaq index they wanted to get in was a 4.00, and that although less would put them in a different bracket the 4.00 minimum was what they were aiming for.
Correct me if I’m wrong, by all means.
