RE:Other reasons for working capital

RE:Other reasons for working capital Because this company only really sells 1 thing. Bullsh1t. There is no way to sugar coat this. If it was a one time deal i could understand but didnt Miller learn anything about PPs delivered in tranches? The purchaser has every incentive to see the stock continue to drop. Miller is making a bet right now that we will be worth less than 11 cents in the future. Otherwise he would wait for a higher SP to make deals like this. Simple as that. Same reason chung sold all those shares before sh1tty financials. We just repurchased and cancelled shares at an average of .13 and now we are issuing more at .11?????? If there was anything but doom and gloom to look forward to, he would have waited a month and found another way to raise 150 000$. I guess on the bright side, he convinced someone that the company is worth 11 cents..... i had real hope for this company until today. And i still wont sell because I can't leave after this long with my savings wiped out but that glimmer of hope seems very faint now
