the question to asked is where does this seller's stock come from?
maybe on the side of the former Board members? having recently left the company their options are now all under the sunset clause, which is usually 3 months after resignation all their options expires.
- are we talking about potentially 5,000,000 options to be exercised?
- the actions of former management? maybe they are sellers now and since they have left they no longer have to do their insider report

- the only way to know is to check the next set of financial or the following one. At the point it will be too late! the next set is a September 30th and they will get it out 60 days later. to have TODAY picture it will be in december set, wich is annual and have 120 days to get out.
